As a local resident of the East Coast, I have a good understanding of resources, such as medical facilities and support services, which can be valuable for my clients and donors. I enjoy talking to different people every day and love my job because it allows me to help others and listen to their stories. My name is Estefany. I’m the egg donor recruiter here and also an experienced surrogate. I’m of Mexican descent and grew up in the Dallas, Texas area. I have two beautiful daughters and have been with my husband for over 15 years. I’m passionate about helping create new families through surrogacy and egg donation. Being part of this incredible journey allows me to give back in a deeply meaningful way—supporting others as they build the families they’ve dreamed of. Senior Surrogacy Case Manager
My name is Sarina Lin, and I’m originally from Taiwan. I work as a senior case manager in our surrogacy program. In this role, I oversee and coordinate every step of the journey to ensure everything runs smoothly for both intended parents and surrogates. I work directly with fertility clinics to manage medical timelines and appointments, support surrogates through each stage of the process, and communicate closely with legal teams to make sure contracts, parentage orders, and other legal documents are handled properly. I also help intended parents navigate cross-border logistics, insurance matters, and post-birth arrangements. It brings me so much joy to guide families through this meaningful experience with care, clarity, and heart.
